Link: Nintendo Announces Tetris DS

Citação:A classic that helped the GameBoy dominate the handheld market in the 1990s, Tetris is a title that many puzzle games have tried to match, and ultimately failed. Now the block-building game is set to hit the latest Nintendo handheld, Nintendo DS, in March 2006 - in the US at least.

Nintendo of America has today announced that a souped up version of the title, Tetris DS, will feature Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection for up to four players to battle it out, along with a host of game modes themed around Nintendo franchises including Mario, Metorid, and Zelda.

No word yet on a European release, but hopefully it won't be too far behind. We'll have more news shortly...

Xiii... Este jogo é terrível, eu na altura chegava a ir para a cama ainda a imaginar as peças a cairem e a rodarem. Agora na DS o vício está de volta.

Nunca me viciei muito no Tetris quando saiu originalmente, mas uma versao multiplayer, com tabelas de highscores publicas, eh seguramente muito aliciante. Adivinha-se competicao cerrada.
